Mission:
The role of the Training Sales Associate (TSA) is to contribute to the overall success of HOTWORX® Studio by driving both in-studio and external sales efforts. This includes attracting new members, retaining and expanding our current membership through lead generation and follow-up, engaging in community outreach to boost brand visibility and attract potential clients, promoting retail sales, and delivering exceptional ongoing customer service and member engagement. The TSA is also responsible for upholding the reputation and integrity of the HOTWORX® brand through various local and national marketing strategies while always representing the brand professionally.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with members, ensuring they feel valued and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
- Support members during their visits by welcoming them, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance as needed.
- Foster a warm, energetic, and inviting environment within the studio.
- Provide tours of the studio for visitors and new members.
- Identify potential clients and actively promote new membership sales.
- Manage social media presence and marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Follow up professionally with guests and members through email, text, and phone communications.
- Ensure the studio and equipment are cleaned and maintained daily.
- Collaborate with the General Manager as a team player to expand the studio's membership through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering outstanding customer service to retain long-term members.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, prospecting efforts, sales calls, completed sales, and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including pricing, membership options, sauna operations, and current and upcoming merchandise.
- Ensure a positive studio experience by maintaining cleanliness and upholding company standards (e.g., cleaning saunas, floors, restrooms, etc., during shifts).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Franchisees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Passion for health and fitness
- Prior experience in sales
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Outgoing personality, fast learner, and confident demeanor
- Comfortable with making a high volume of daily sales calls
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly sales targets
