Position Summary
The QSR specialist supports the team with strategic business direction and alignment in order to influence QSR managers in maximizing profitability of their store and help to align store operating procedures to QSR brand standards. This role will communicate the expected performance level of the locations and QSR managers within their assigned area in relation to the company's goals and metrics. They will implement business growth by identifying potential operational opportunities for improvement and provide training to strengthen locations. Task and Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and food safety guidance and education/ coaching during restaurant visits
- Document adherence to Company compliance standards, improvements made, areas of opportunity and direction on how to improve, if needed during coaching sessions.
- Evaluate how the restaurant is performing compared to QSR brand policies and procedures, analyze sales and cost data and provide specific customized direction to improve in these areas.
- Review assigned QSR portfolio and have regularly scheduled business reviews to see growth potential and areas of opportunity.
- Managing inventory, labor, and money control system
- Coach and counsel QSR manager to reach individual store and company goals.
- Assist QSR manager in Recruiting and training staff
- Provide guidance to QSR manager to grow their business both within the local community in store and though online sales and delivery.
- Build company relations by visiting all assigned restaurants at least once per week depending on performance level, communicating with QSR director, District manager and QSR manager via voicemail, e-mail, territory meetings, individual franchise meetings and written communications.
- Gains respect from District manager and QSR manager to be recognized as an asset to the business and leader in the field
- Provide direction and proficiency to QSR manager and staff with regard to New Store Openings & Training Hours
- Support Store manager when QSR manager is on PTO
Physical
Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized POS system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Full-time/Part-time/Day Shift/Weekend Shift positions vary by location.
