What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sandwich Artist position at HOUCHENS FOOD GROUP INC?
Job Purpose: To ensure high quality customer experience. As well to recommend double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches. To display willingness and enthusiastic attitude, to each of our customers and co-workers.
Duties:
Successfully performs the duties at the stations to which assigned, as detailed in the Operations Manuel. Implements or takes action with respect to the following:
- Becomes cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.
- You require excellent customer service.
- Dealing with many different types of people.
- Making sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
- Using a POS system/cash register.
- Slicing vegetables and other food preparation.
- Washing dishes, wiping tables, counter tops and chairs.
- Sweeping floor in work area.
- Accounting for cash and product.
- Cash-Ins required at each shift.
- Taking Inventory.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Other job related tasks as required.
