Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the Hispanic consumer segment in the region, identifying key trends, needs, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop insights and actionable strategies.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans tailored to Hispanic consumers, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional media, events) that resonate with the Hispanic community.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging:
- Adapt brand messaging to reflect the cultural preferences, values, and language of the Hispanic market.
- Work with creative teams to produce culturally relevant content and collateral in both English and Spanish.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the regional sales teams to drive product adoption and sales growth within Hispanic communities.

- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local Hispanic organizations, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility and credibility.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, customer service, and operations to ensure marketing strategies align with regional product offerings and availability.
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to execute campaigns and track performance.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, sales growth, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on Hispanic products, sales, or services.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Deep understanding of the Hispanic market, produce and meat, including cultural preferences, consumer behavior, and key trends.
- Strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
