What You Will Receive…
30% Client/Policy Services
Documenting all correspondence, following up for necessary information updates at appropriate
times, and keeping the client EPIC files organized and up to date.
10% Teamwork
Works together with the team and with other departments, such as Marketing, Accounting, Claims,
Producers, etc., this includes conferencing with Producers to discuss the execution of strategies.
Manages PTO to work with departmental needs. Volunteers will back up and/or assist others as
needed.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years of related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications
Must be able to obtain insurance licenses and designations as set forth by the organization's
education plans.

30% Client/Policy Services
- Provides daily support to Select Client Advisors and Select accounts through:
- Run Expiration Reports for each Producer and Client Advisor monthly.
- Print/mail Renewal Questionnaires and email them to insured clients at 120 days.
- Assist Client Advisors in backlog reduction and miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
- Process Certificate of Insurance Requests, Auto ID Requests, Evidence of Property Requests,
- and in-office payments.
- Learn and adhere to Select Lines service standards and procedures.
- Develop confidence in job knowledge, judgment calls, and awareness of industry trends.
- Take on daily work for improved department efficiency and enhanced customer experience
- initiatives.
- Execute Commercial Download for increased efficiency in Select.
- Integrate Indio for significant efficiency impact in Select and PL.
- Update renewal questionnaires with an electronic delivery/response platform.
- Implement automated customer support/touchpoint campaigns.
- Enhance the proposal system for improved efficiency.
