Highly successful CEO and entrepreneur is currently seeking an experienced top-level Administrative professional to join his team in the capacity of Executive Assistant. In this role, this position will be responsible for assisting the CEO with both personal and executive assistant needs.

We are a luxury design build company located in West Los Angeles.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage dynamic schedule of the CEO and CEO’s family
  • Calendaring experience
  • 5-10 years of experience providing administrative support to a high-level executive
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Highly-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adapt and absorb information, context, style, attitude, cadence and subtext
  • Exceptional planning and forethought
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficient Travel and logistics
  • Personal shopping
  • Advanced proficiency with existing technologies/eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Experienced navigating the overlap of personal and professional
  • Complete personal tasks with discretion that support CEO and his family
  • Experience in event planning for up to 150 guests

Tasks:

  • Maintain CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and reminders to ensure CEO is on track with constantly changing schedule
  • Managing all travel research, reporting and bookings
  • Assist in facilitating personal tasks for CEO (lunch, dinner, nutrition, vacation, vehicle needs, etc) for the CEO.
  • Ensure ALL items that relate to CEO’s performance are managed for him, ahead of needs and as smoothly and frictionless as possible
  • Manage conference room prepare for client/guests
  • Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strategic and thoughtful problem-solving skills; ability to track varying deadlines
  • Plan and coordinate events involving serval vendors
  • Maintain CEO’s inbox by responding to communications

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
