Job Description
Summary/Objective:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all administrative duties as it relates to the assigned construction department(s). This person will also work directly with Account/Project Managers to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are maintained.
Essential Functions:

- Customer Service: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Work order creation, maintaining project files, updating databases, and ensuring accurate records.
- Office Supplies Management: Ordering and organizing office supplies as needed. Property maintenance services.
- Supporting Project Management: Assisting with project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating with team members. Assist with service schedule.
- Human resources: Assist main office with onboarding of new field employees.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. The use of computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines is required.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is mostly sedentary with some filing required. This requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, open filing cabinets, lift files and stacks of paperwork, bend and stand when necessary. Typing, operating, and looking at a computer for long periods of time is also required. Operating and talking on the phone is required.
