Summary Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team in the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This individual will be responsible for business development, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Essential Functions:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and customer outreach.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide customized roofing solutions.
- Present product offerings and pricing options to customers effectively.
- Producing and providing qualified leads to our estimating team.
- Deliver prepared proposals and contracts to clients.
- Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition from estimate to sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of roofing products, services, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Provide superior customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities in a CRM system.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and installation processes is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license is a must.
Travel
Must live between Hagerstown and York area. Travel to Hagerstown and York Offices is required. Daily travel is required and rarely overnight stays.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. The use of computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines is required.
Physical Demands
The described physical demands below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is mostly sedentary with some filing required. This requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, open filing cabinets, lift files and stacks of paperwork, bend and stand when necessary.
Typing on, operating and looking at a computer for long periods of time is also required. Operating and talking on the phone is required.
