We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to support our Office Manager, President, and Project Manager in overseeing daily administrative operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager, President, and Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Support data entry and document management.
- Help coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
- Order office supplies and track inventory levels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure processes are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Office Manager, President, Project Manager, and office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology is an advantage.
