Responsibilities:
- Administering Houlihan Lokey approved strategies to keep former employees connected to the company.
- Coordinating with the appropriate Corporate groups on communication channels such as newsletters, social media groups, and alumni portals to share company updates and opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities for alumni to contribute to company initiatives, whether through financial support, volunteering, or providing expertise.
- Developing and implementing strategies to solicit alumni support, including volunteering, mentoring, and financial contributions.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of alumni contact information, career progression, and engagement history.
- Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of alumni engagement efforts through metrics such as event attendance, participation rates, and alumni feedback.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries and communications.
- Distributing regular communications, such as newsletters and email updates, to keep alumni informed about news, events, and opportunities related to the organization.
- Working closely with departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to align Houlihan Lokey alumni relations with company objectives.
- Facilitating introductions between alumni and current employees for mentorship or business development purposes.
- Organizing events like reunions, networking sessions, and professional development workshops to foster alumni engagement.
- Coordinating logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for these events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in alumni relations, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
