Scope
The HR Systems Analyst will ensure that our HR processes and HRIS System (Workday) align to support Houlihan Lokey management needs, they will be responsible for gathering business needs & requirements, developing solutions, and working with the HRIS IT and HR Ops team to build viable solutions. This person will be responsible for reviewing and revising all Workday business processes, continuous process improvement, and new business process development and design. In collaboration with the HR Ops managers, develop processes to maintain and audit the accuracy and completeness of employee data. They will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, the lines of business, and other stakeholders to ensure that our systems align with organizational goals, support fair and competitive practices, and drive a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and enhancements.
- Maintain, review, and revise HR Business Processes with global mindset
- Lead, design, and implement HR System (Workday) functionality with the support of HRIS IT or AMS partner
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve business processes, functionality, and/or workflow
- Create workflow and process optimization across the HCG platform and systems
- Gather business requirements and design reporting and dashboard solutions within the HRIS System (Workday) in collaboration with HRIS and HR analytics teams
- Review day-to-day emails/ServiceNow Cases and reply to complex issues or report requests
- Create and maintain business process documentation
- Stay abreast of new workday functionalities, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across various systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, HR Systems management or related field.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with ERP/HRIS systems and system integrations.
- Proven project management capabilities, including experience running multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines and an ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritization, time pressures and adhere to deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$90,000.00-$100,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
