Crew Member Expectations:

- Capability to work 35-plus hours per week

What the Job Entails:
- 8-10 hours per day outdoors in all weather conditions
- Landscape maintenance and installation tasks such as mulching, trimming, planting, and spring/fall cleanups
- Tasks associated with hardscape installations, including walkways, patios, walls, and outdoor living spaces
- Occasional communication with customers and vendors
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of landscape maintenance experience preferred. Please include relevant work history on your resume.
- Basic understanding of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners
- Experience driving a truck while pulling a trailer is preferred
- Experience with landscape power tools such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and string trimmers is preferred
- Clean and valid PA driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
