The Assistant Store Manager will support the opening of our NYC flagship store, opening early 2025. Reporting to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations and executing strategies to drive store sales, increase profitability, achieve customer service and operational targets.
WHAT YOU DO : Team :
- Help recruit, interview, hire and build a team to fill all store positions.
- Co-lead training sessions relating to new product releases, goal setting, policy and procedure enforcement and providing ongoing knowledge as needed.
- Train and empower the store's team through effective and frequent coaching, feedback, recognition, and encouragement.

QUALIFICATIONS :
The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is commission eligible.
