What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Security Hosts position at Hourly Work?
Guardian Capital Security is seeking experienced part-time security staff to help with functions and events. These jobs are typically on Sundays. Sample jobs include DJ parties and brunch events.
Responsibilities :
1. Screen guests for compliance with entrance policies
2. Monitor events to ensure that the venue remains safe and orderly for all guests
3. Where needed, work with other staff and management to remove guests from venues
The ideal candidate is someone who provides a physical presence at events to ensure the safety of all guests. You are someone who is customer minded, calm, collected, and professional in stressful situations. You understand that your role is to be seen and felt at events, but you are not the center of attention. You understand that the best events are when guests are enjoying the events without any safety incidents. You have proven experience with security roles. You are a strong communicator with conflict resolution skills.
