Responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Record Catheter input and output, under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Provide campanionship through watching T.V programs or talking with client.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Caring and empathy personality with a desire to learn more about the people that you work with
