Jordan Home Care is seeking experienced, dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Home Health Aide (HHA's) to join our healthcare team. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families. Responsibilities include : Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff Record Catheter input and output, under the supervision of registered nurses. Provide campanionship through watching T.V programs or talking with client. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
