The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying and selling homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This base plus commission role is fully remote and no prior real estate experience is needed! Were looking for strong candidates who have a passion for sales!
What you will do :
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
- Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
- Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process

Compensation Range : $120,000-$180,000 / yr total pay inclusive of base ($50,000-$60,000 / yr) plus commission
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
