- Familiarity with IT support, software troubleshooting, computer hardware, Mac OS, remedy, firewall, LAN, and customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly
