Looking for an experienced professional handyman to do various home repair work. We do both interior and exterior home repair and improvement jobs from small repairs to full remodels. Handyman experience is required for this position. Commercial maintenance experience is a plus!

Both part time and full time positions are available.
Semi retired craftsman are welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with home owners to provide exceptional customer service
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, or effectively as part of a team.
• Completing various small home repair and maintenance jobs such as light plumbing and light electrical repairs/replacement, drywall patching, small carpentry repairs, small flooring installs, tile repairs, misc. honey-do tasks like hanging TV and decors, assembly, seasonal maintenance, paintings, small siding repairs, etc.
• Planning and managing the job site
• Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
• Invoicing and payment collection as needed
• Work with management and office team to achieve team and company goals
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
• Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites
• Representing House Doctors in the local community

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 10 years of field experience as paid professional handyman
• Familiar with various types and ages of homes
• Great at light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, tile, maintenance work
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• Ability to follow company processes and policies
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50 lbs), and handling tools
• Driver's license is required
