House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both large and small jobs in the St Charles County, MO and West County, MO areas.

We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects from handyman repairs to full remodels, both interior and exterior.

This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects,
  
  
  

such as such as repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical and light plumbing, siding and roof repairs, deck and fence, full remodels etc.

• Working with minimum supervision or as part of a team, depending on skillsets and projects
• Planning and managing the job site tasks
• Organizing and managing materials and equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Maintaining clean and organized company truck/van
• Working with Operations Manager and General Manager to achieve personal, team and company goals
• Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
  
  
  

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 7 years field experience in home repair and/or remodels.
• Hands on capabilities with a good understanding of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in home building, handyman and home improvement industries.
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50 lbs), and handling tools
• Valid Driver's license and background checks are required
