Position Overview

The Lead Handyman / Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. In addition to performing hands-on handyman tasks, you will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and uphold our company's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor : Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Hands-On Project Management : Oversee and participate in home improvement tasks such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, and more when required.

Quality Assurance : Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.

Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.

Resource Management : Organize tools, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with office staff and technicians to plan schedules and allocate resources effectively.

Skills and Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in handyman services, construction, or related fields, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of construction principles, tools, and techniques, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Customer Focus : A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs, bending, and using various tools.
