Major Duties:
· Ensure exceptional customer experience through management of all phases of sales transactions from qualifying the potential client, to design consultation, product selection, quote preparation, payment processing, and follow-through of delivery and set-up.
· Review sales reports and confirm accuracy of sales orders and manage daily cash/credit transactions and reporting.
· Maintain the appealing visual appearance of the showroom by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies.
· Manage all aspects of the physical store, including coordination and inventory control of floor samples, as well as building and office supplies, etc.
· Maintain Company presence in design community through networking, joining organizations, and/or participating in and hosting to-the-trade events.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Resolve all operational issues, common inquiries, and/or concerns that arise within the showroom.
· Maintain a clean and orderly work area
· Maintain resource library
· Assist with receiving and processing deliveries from freight carriers as well as UPS/FEDEX
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Strong interior design, and/or fashion experience
· Retail sales experience
· Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong research capabilities (sourcing new vendors and suppliers)
· Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials spatial arrangements for residential application
· Strong organizational skills
· Work in a collaborative environment and display professional work ethic
· Cheerful positive attitude with clients and co-workers

Job Type:
· Full Time (35-40 hours per week)
