About the Role

Our Associate Territory Manager program is an extensive one-year training program designed to prepare you for a Territory Manager role with your own assigned region in the U.S. This is a hands-on, immersive opportunity to learn every aspect of our business from the ground up.
What to Expect
- Sales Development: Shadow experienced Territory Managers to understand the sales process, customer relationships, and business strategy.
- Market Knowledge: Learn how to identify and target business opportunities, promote products, and develop sales strategies.
- Career Growth: After successful completion of the program, transition into a Territory Manager role with your own region.
- Hands-on Training: Work in our warehouse and ride along with a truck driver to gain first-hand operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically identify and target new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop strong relationships with dealers and maintain excellent customer service.
- Understand and enforce company policies, sales programs, and dealer agreements.
- Plan and execute sales calls to dealers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Promote new products through training and demonstrations.
- Monitor dealer orders, inventories, and sales performance.
- Handle dealer credits and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with market strategy development and implementation.
- Train stores on various company tools, including Etoolbox and cipher lab.
- Prospect and onboard new stores to expand company and territory growth.
- Maintain communication with the Territory Manager and Regional Manager for operational success.
- Attend company functions, sales meetings, and industry events.
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree a plus.
- License & Insurance: Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) and proof of car insurance.
- Travel: This is a fully remote role, but extensive travel is required. You must be comfortable being on the road for extended periods of time.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
