What You Can Expect From Us
- Reliable, Competitive Pay Start at $0.52 per mile, plus:
- $20 for each backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour.
- $11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and any delays.
- Regular reviews and increases based on your road experience.
- Performance & Safety Bonus Earn up to $800 per month for staying safe and consistent.
- A Team That’s Got Your Back We believe in communication, respect, and providing real support—from dispatch to maintenance.
- Room to Grow Whether you want to stay behind the wheel or explore new roles in the future, we’ll help you get there.
- Safely operate a Class A vehicle on overnight routes (3–4 nights out per week).
- Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently.
- Follow GPS routes and plan ahead to stay on schedule.
- Perform regular vehicle checks and routine maintenance.
- Maintain delivery logs and report issues promptly.
- Represent our company professionally with every customer interaction.
- Take on brokerage runs as needed to ensure steady work.
What You Bring to the Table
- A valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- Current MVR and DOT medical certificate.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- (Preferred) High school diploma or GED.
