What We’re Looking for in You

To join our team, you should:

• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide a clean criminal background check.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Supply your own cleaning tools and products (e.g., vacuum, mop, step stool, preferred cleaning solutions).
• Have 2 years of professional cleaning experience delivering high-quality results.
• Be consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented, taking pride in your work.
• Have basic English language skills for effective communication.
• Provide two professional references who can vouch for your skills, flexibility, and work ethic.
