SALARY: Starting at $70,000 annualized, commensurate with experience
This is a temporary [cycle-based], at will position with an anticipated end date of no later than December 15, 2026

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and develop video content across social media platforms to further HMP’s strategic goals.
- Assess and execute House Majority PAC’s digital rapid response needs.
- Monitor news and identify offensive opportunities to hold House Republicans accountable.
- Establish and grow HMP’s presence on newer social media platforms including Twitter, Bluesky, and Tiktok.
- Pull audio, video, and news clips to create original content.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting Democratic values and causes.
- 1 cycle minimum of digital on a campaign or similar experience in a House office.
- Experience with the creation and management of time-sensitive materials.
- A background in social media content production.
- Initiative to identify needs, take charge of tasks and get things done on an accelerated timeline.
- Sense of humor, ability to have fun, and an interest in working within a high-performing team environment.
