The purpose of this role: How many people trust or like their real estate agent, believe they do the most possible to help them? Many members of our community either have no one they trust, or worse still, put their trust in bums. The purpose of this role is to build deep trust, one interaction at a time. The job is to be the customer's ambassador to the complex and intimidating world of real estate. The role has two main components—Reactive and Proactive.
- Proactive: Actively reaching out to prospective buyers and sellers, asking great questions and creating a pipeline of people that you can help. Following up consistently to provide more value than just "checking in"
- Reactive: Learning best practices, scripts, dialogues to best help your clients. Learning communities, trends, and real estate concepts to give your buyers/sellers the best solutions possible.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead generation daily
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Participate in team activities
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session
- Demonstrate expertise on market and area knowledge
- Consult with buyers, convert signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
