Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of one-year-old children.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Manage classroom activities and behavior, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and support individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student development and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in classroom management and teaching young children
- Strong communication skills and ability to positively engage with students and parents
- Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood development principles
- Experience with behavior management and special education strategies
- Familiarity with toddler care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
