Job Summary :

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
Assist the production team to execute the agreed-upon specific needs and requests of the artists and crew
Purchase and deliver various products and materials from local spots
Maintain cash and receipts throughout the day
Assist in keeping the green room tidy and sanitized
Ensure backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
Follow company protocol as communicated by venue management
All other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customers
Must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol purchases and must be 25 years of age or older for rental vehicles
Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Knowledge of city and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores
Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
Ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office and other company software
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group communications, and instant messaging
Ability to handle difficult situations and sensitive information with care and professionalism
Professional and friendly demeanor

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs
Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
Lifts up to 50 pounds
Crouches, kneels, bends, and reaches frequently
Regularly exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noise
Regularly exposed to lighting changes including low lit areas, strobe lights, and moving lights
Occasionally works in outdoor conditions
Requires extended work hours
