Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Equipment Technician to join our growing team. The Equipment Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as a commitment to safety and quality.
Current openings in our 1st and 3rd shifts
Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with production operators and other technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- May be required to work overtime or on weekends as needed.
