We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visual concepts to support marketing communications for HOC brands. This position serves as a highly collaborative role to help drive the success of marketing plans, brand visibility, product promotion, and sales initiatives.

Key Duties Include :

• Concept Development - Brainstorm and create high quality visual concepts that align with brand requests. Amend concepts based on team feedback.
• Design Execution - Produce graphics and adapt them for various media including websites, social media, print materials, and packaging.
• Product Design - Must be able to design artworks for labels, cartons, film, etc and be familiar with print processes and production file setups.
• Brand Management - Maintain brand consistency across all design elements including color palettes, typography, and logos.
• Project Management- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Sharepoint File Organization - Help organize and maintain the Creative and Digital Library of shared assets. Work closely with Creative Director to ensure proper filing and naming of files. Provide support to pull and transfer files for requests as needed.
• Mock Up Creation - Develop prototypes and mockups to present design concepts for internal and external clients.
