Administrative Assistant 

Reports to: General Manager  

Pay Range: $18.5-22.5/Hour 

Position summary: Administrative Assistant performs various clerical tasks to support other employees and administrators. 

Core expectations: 
  • Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, taking dictation, and providing information to visitors 
  • Scheduling: Organizing and scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, and managing calendars. 
  • Communicating with company vendors, suppliers, and customers.  
  • Receiving company deliveries.  
  • Assisting in company initiatives.  
  • Correspondence: Producing and distributing letters, memos, faxes, and forms 
  • Reports: Assisting with the preparation of reports and generating reports 
  • Filing: Developing and maintaining a filing system, company tracking systems, and sorting mail.  
  • Supplies: Ordering office supplies and tracking office inventory 
  • Invoices: Preparing and monitoring invoices 
  • Maintains reception area in neat and orderly condition. 
  • May assist other staff members with their duties as workload dictates.  
  • Adheres to all department/ facility policies. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 
  • Basic office skills. 
  • Computers skills are essential. 
  • Excellent cash handling skills. 
  • Close attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment.  
  • Good administrative skills and excellent phone etiquette. 
  • Individual must possess an outgoing, positive disposition 
  • Individual must possess and continually display professional business demeanor and excellent customer service skills. 
  • Consistent attendance is required to assure that the facilities’ needs are met.  
  • To comply with all facilities’ policies, procedures, and practices. 
  • To comply with all policies and to uphold our standards of excellence while on assignments at our client facilities. 
  • Maintain a Professional rapport and appearance. 
  • Comply with all state and local marijuana regulations. 
Required Education and Experience:  
  • High school graduate or equivalent. 
  • One full year as a receptionist. 
  • Familiarity of QuickBooks. 
  • Must have CO Med Badge. 

Salary : $19 - $23
