Job Description:
House of Hearts ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is an immediate start opportunity for a BCBA to oversee an in-home ABA case, providing essential assessments, supervision, and parent training to ensure high-quality therapy services for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure proper implementation of treatment programs.
- Facilitate parent training and guidance to promote skill generalization.
- Monitor progress, update treatment goals, and make necessary modifications.
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and maintain high ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed to practice ABA in California (if applicable).
- Experience in conducting assessments, parent training, and RBT supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
