Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to ensure cohesive care.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed about best practices in special education and developmental disabilities to enhance service delivery.
- Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community resources.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proven experience in patient assessment and behavior analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with special education systems and resources available for families.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with varying abilities and disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, families, and professionals.

Pay: $69.68 - $75.00 per hour
