House of Hope, a non-profit organization providing residential treatment to individuals suffering from substance abuse, is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team. As the Operations Supervisor your role will be to lead a team of operations personnel including Behavioral Health Technicians and other direct service staff working around the clock.  Responsibilities include training of direct service staff in sight and sound supervision and behavior modification, while ensuring compliance with P & P and contract requirements.  

 

Minimum Requirements: 

 

                  ·   High School Diploma     
                  ·   Bachelors Preferred     

 Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: 

                  ·   Residential experience required.       
                  ·   Supervisory experience.      
                  ·   Substance abuse experience preferred. 

                  ·   Able to work with a diverse range of clients and staff. 

                  ·   Excellent Communication Skills.       
                 ·    Leadership Skills. 

                 ·    Computer Literate. 

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

                  ·   Ensure policies and procedures are followed by operations staff and provide necessary training. 

                  ·   Responsible for facility oversight & floor management ensuring that sight and sound supervision is always provided. 

                  ·   Conduct weekly and monthly staff meetings and training. 

                  ·    Schedule and coordinate clients on-site and off-site activities, events, and rewards. 

                  ·    Attend and represent the agency at community-based meetings when needed.
