Job Overview
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Long-Term Treatment program. This role helps ensure that clients receive high-quality care in a well-organized and structured environment.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls, conduct pre-screenings, and schedule assessments.
- Provide appropriate referrals to callers as needed.
- Maintain the program waitlist.
- Oversee the admission and orientation process for new clients.
- Monitor and document clients taking medication to ensure compliance with agency policy.
- Lead a weekly group with clients to address household concerns.
- Manage the parking pass system for staff and visitors.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in behavioral health, social services, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Compassionate and client-focused approach.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- CDCA credential (minimum)
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
