Responsibilities:
As part of the events team, you'll be at the forefront of our client's customer experience strategy. You'll plan, execute, and oversee a variety of retail events aimed at showcasing our products and services, driving sales, and building brand loyalty. From product launches and promotional events to in-store demonstrations and community outreach initiatives, you'll leverage your creativity and organizational skills to deliver outstanding results.
Event Staff duties will include:
- Engaging with event attendees to promote and represent our client's brands.
- Setting up and managing event spaces to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Utilizing your excellent server, bar staff, waiting, restaurant, and event coordination skills to provide exceptional service, promotions and sales.
- Assisting with event logistics, including travel, promotional materials and event coordination with the event coordinator.
- Monitor event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a face to face role such as a server, bar staff, waiting, restaurant, or event coordination roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
- Enthusiasm for promoting and representing diverse brands.
