Job Title: Afterschool Kids Program Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Afterschool Kids Program Director to oversee and manage our afterschool programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating daily schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and engaging with the community to ensure the program’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Staff: Lead and support a team of program staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with community members, parents, and other stakeholders to promote program growth and participation.
- Daily Schedule Management: Develop and oversee daily schedules to ensure activities run efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including attendance, program reports, and other necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (counts as 6 months of work experience).
- A bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field (counts as 3 months of work experience).
· Minimum 6 months’ work experience with school age children
- Experience in program management or a similar role is preferred.
Hours: Afternoon shifts, Monday-Friday.
