Direct Support Professional

DSP Job Duties:
1. Community Integration
2. Medication Administration
3. Light House Keeping
4. Personal Hygiene Assistance
5. Promoting/Teaching Independence
6. Companionship
7. Documentation
8. Health and Safety
9. Meal Preparation
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma/ GED
2. 18 Years of Age or Older
3. Drivers License, Less than 5 points
4. Car with Insurance Coverage
5. Ability to Pass a Background Check against the DODD exclusion list
6. Willingness to Learn and Train
7. Flexibility to work Every Other Weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Ontario, OH 44906: Relocate before starting work (Required)
