Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production and sales team to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages.
- Assist the Sales Manager in processing and tracking customer orders.
- Work closely with Transportation to confirm shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of product allocations, inventory adjustments, and order specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between production and sales to address customer needs and special requests.
- Support quality control efforts by ensuring that products meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in generating sales reports.
- Collaborate with plant Supervisors and Management to improve product flow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in product coordination, inventory management, or sales support (preferably in the food processing or poultry industry).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of poultry processing or food manufacturing is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position operates in an office setting within a poultry processing plant.
- May require occasional time on the production floor and interaction with plant personnel.
- Some extended hours may be necessary based on production and sales demands to include weekend and holiday work
