Product Coordinator

Job Summary: The Product Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient communication between production, sales, and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. This position is responsible for coordinating product availability, managing inventory levels, and assisting the Sales Manager with order fulfillment and customer service. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production and sales team to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages.
• Assist the Sales Manager in processing and tracking customer orders.
• Work closely with Transportation to confirm shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of product allocations, inventory adjustments, and order specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between production and sales to address customer needs and special requests.
• Support quality control efforts by ensuring that products meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in generating sales reports.
• Collaborate with plant Supervisors and Management to improve product flow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 years of experience in product coordination, inventory management, or sales support (preferably in the food processing or poultry industry).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management systems.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of poultry processing or food manufacturing is a plus.

Work Environment:

• This position operates in an office setting within a poultry processing plant.
• May require occasional time on the production floor and interaction with plant personnel.
• Some extended hours may be necessary based on production and sales demands to include weekend and holiday work
