Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Showroom Channel Marketing for North America , you will help shape and grow the House of Rohl® brands across wholesale showrooms in the US and Canada. In this collaborative role, you’ll partner with key business leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive meaningful growth in two key product categories : luxury plumbing fixtures and door & cabinet hardware.
Your focus will be on driving strategic planning, creating impactful sales tools, and developing growth plans for each brand in our showroom portfolio, including ROHL®, Riobel®, Perrin & Rowe®, Shaws®, Victoria Albert®, EMTEK®, and Schaub. You will also guide the planning of customer training events, both in-showroom and offsite, with execution support from the Marketing Events Manager and the Training & Channel Manager.
This role includes managing two direct reports : one responsible for overseeing our co-owned showrooms across North America, and another focused-on Training & Channel Management across all showroom and hardware channels. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure these initiatives strengthen customer relationships and expand our market presence, positioning our brands for continued success.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic marketing leader with experience managing cross-functional programs, driving business growth, and delivering impactful customer engagement, ideally within the kitchen and bath or B2B wholesale industry.
Location : This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in our headquarters in Deerfield, IL, at least 3 days per week (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday).
What you will be doing :
Strategic Planning :
- Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions to create go-to-market strategies for the showroom channel internally and with key customer partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand sales tools, collaborating with internal teams to bring ideas to life.
- Develop annual growth plans for all House of Rohl® brands, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Oversee the creation of customer training materials with support from the Training & Channel Manager.
- Track key deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved to meet growth goals.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $160,000 USD - $185,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
