Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Monitor cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, manage inventory levels, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing sales promotions and merchandising strategies to enhance store performance.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere by encouraging collaboration and effective communication among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to provide updates, training, and motivation.
