House of Wine Beer and Spirits, Inc. is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Miami, FL.
What We Are Looking For:
NOTE: This is a full commission position with established accounts and leads provided. Must develop territory and meet sales targets.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, who possesses strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and maintain strong relationships with customers and other team members within the company. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically while maintaining a positive attitude. A strong desire to learn, be self-motivated, and have a passion for what you do is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and grow sales territory within the company’s current and upcoming product portfolio, as well as new product introductions.
- Work with existing customers to determine their needs, requirements, and current product offerings in order to increase pull-through.
- Develop sales strategies that include prospecting, cold calling, networking, and direct marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in assigned territory by completing weekly and monthly reports on activity status, performance, goals achieved, etc.
- Conduct monthly sales meetings with team members to discuss results of assigned campaigns and forecast future sales opportunities within the company’s current and upcoming launches.
- Develop training programs that are based on current products being launched as well as new products being developed by the company’s parent company.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must have sales experience, preferably in the wine, beer and spirits industry;
- Excising book of clients not required but preferred;
- Must be able to cold call and develop territory with new accounts;
- Must visit accounts on a weekly basis;
- Must attend meetings and training classes in person or via zoom;
- Must be fearless and committed to growth and excellence.
