Compensation:
- Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 based on home visit experience
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

- Monday to Friday, 8-9 AM to 5 PM
- Assess patient and family situations for nursing and health-related issues.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Document all nursing services provided in a timely manner and prepare periodic reports to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Instruct and supervise patients, caregivers, and home health aides in aspects of patient care as appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in Homecare or Long-term care preferred.
- Valid New York State RN License.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Must have access to a reliable automobile and be willing to cover two boroughs (Brooklyn & Queens or Bronx & Manhattan).
