1. Sales Management: Lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets by focusing on increasing the average ticket value, improving the closing percentage, increasing add-on sales, and following up on all leads.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of satisfaction and handling customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
3. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Mentor and train sales associates to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
4. Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, facility management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Staff Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions to support the professional growth and development of team members.
6. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with furniture industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and ensure our store remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
