Job Title: Full-Time Executive Housekeeper

Location: Greenwich, CT

Job Type: Full-Time, Live out

Salary: $40 per hour; PTO, and individual health insurance, bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 

Overview:
A polished and meticulous Executive Housekeeper is needed for a discreet couple on a private estate. The ideal candidate is an energetic, fast paced, self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining large, high-end residences in long term positions. This position requires a professional who takes pride in delivering the highest standard of service and can work independently. The couple resides at the property only a few months out of the year, and the house must be kept guest-ready at all times. Also be available to work Sundays as needed, during the couple’s residence during the summer months. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of the residence, ensuring every area is immaculate.
• Care for fine furniture, delicate fabrics, and specialty surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Handle all household laundry, including washing, ironing, steaming, and folding, with attention to detail and care for delicate garments.
• Maintain organization throughout the home, including closets, storage areas, and kitchen.
• Oversee household supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and available.
• Prepare the residence for the couple’s arrival, ensuring it is in pristine condition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in large estates or high-end properties.
• Expertise in caring for fine furniture, delicate fabrics, and luxury household items.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of employer privacy and preferences.
• Must be comfortable with a small dog.
• Availability to work Sundays as needed, during the couple’s residence during the summer months.
• Availability to work Christmas Day and Easter.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
