Family Assistant/House Manager

Location : East Hampton, NY

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM

Compensation : $85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

A busy family in East Hampton, NY, is seeking a proactive, highly organized Family Assistant / House Manager to oversee household operations and maintain a well-organized, efficient home. This role is more focused on organization and household management rather than deep cleaning, though strong housekeeping skills are required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and local (within a driveable distance to East Hampton).

Responsibilities :

• Keep the home tidy and organized , including managing storage, pantry, and common areas.
• Oversee household operations , ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage overflow laundry (washing, folding, and organizing) if needed.
• Handle grocery shopping, inventory management, and online orders .
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors as needed.
• Offer driving support during emergencies (preferred but not required).
