Position Overview :
A busy family in The Hills, Texas, is seeking a seasoned and proactive Household Manager / Family Assistant to oversee daily household operations and ensure the home runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be mature, bilingual (Spanish or Italian preferred), and bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to work each day. This role requires adaptability, high standards, and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Grocery Coordination : Create and maintain a detailed grocery list for HEB delivery services.
- Laundry Management : Handle daily laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing and linens.
- Tidying and Light Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and organized home between professional weekly cleaning services.
- Organization Projects : Organize and maintain drawers, closets, and storage areas as needed.
- Vendor Coordination : Schedule and communicate with service providers, including landscapers, sprinkler technicians, and pool cleaners.
- Special Projects : Execute specific household tasks such as organizing attic storage, sweeping the garage, mopping the front porch, or cleaning outdoor cushions, especially before guest visits.
