The Ideal Candidate: The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, as well as handling all incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the client. They will ensure that both digital and physical files are organized, maintained, and easily accessible. Additionally, the candidate will be required to run errands, such as shopping, deliveries, and pickups, while also coordinating and arranging travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
The role will also involve overseeing household tasks, managing relationships with service providers and vendors, and assisting with the planning and execution of personal and professional events. The assistant will liaise with vendors, caterers, and venues to ensure smooth event coordination. Financial management responsibilities will include tracking expenses, handling bill payments, and reconciling receipts, all while ensuring budgets are adhered to for personal and household needs. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, managing phone calls and emails in a professional manner, and responding promptly to all communications. Additional duties may include conducting research, compiling information, assisting with childcare logistics, and providing other support as required.
