The Ideal Candidate: The client is looking to hire a Family Assistant to provide comprehensive support in their busy household. The family consists of two children (ages 9 and 7), three dogs, and multiple properties, including a primary home in Boca Raton, a farm in Wellington, and a townhouse in Palm Beach. Your care will be based on and in the Boca Raton home. The ideal candidate will assist the Mr. of the home with a variety of administrative, personal, and household tasks, acting as a reliable right-hand person in managing the day-to-day operations of the household.
Key responsibilities will include handling administrative duties such as managing returns, coordinating errands, making a quick breakfast or sandwich for lunch, and traveling to assist with the children as needed. The Family Assistant will also be tasked with picking up groceries, running other errands, and managing light house duties when necessary. Additionally, the assistant will provide pet care, including feeding and letting out the family’s three dogs. There are other staff in the home. A lot of these duties are "all hands on deck", where everyone is pitching in. Your primary care and attention will be to the Mr. and his needs.
The assistant will work closely with the household staff, including a house manager, Family Assistant, estate manager, and three housekeepers, to ensure smooth operations and provide additional support as needed.
